If you decide to reschedule your event, 75% of original deposit may be applied towards the rescheduled date within 6 months. Weather Policy (for Outdoor Events only) Adventures In Climbing, LLC (AIC) realizes that outdoor events, parties, festivals are dependent on decent weather conditions. If we decide to cancel your event due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, snow, ice, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel your entire event due to inclement weather, you must contact us at least 2 hours prior to arrival time and will receive a full refund. All outdoor activities must be cancelled in order to receive a full refund. Once we arrive at your event and poor weather conditions persist (determined by AIC) and we are unable to set up or operate, 50% of the fee is due. If weather turns inclement during your event, AIC will determine if it is safe to continue operation of our rides, games or activities. If we decide that it is unsafe to continue the fee will be prorated starting at 50% earned at arrival time. This does not apply where Rain Insurance has been purchased. Event Location We prefer to be on the lawn with most of our products, if this is not possible please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements for tarps under our inflatable’s and trampoline’s. The premises must be free of debris (glass, garbage, sticks, rocks, etc.). Overhead obstructions must be taken into consideration as well. The height clearance for each of our products can be seen on our website. Our Rock Wall and Eurobungy need to be away from trees and at least 30’ from overhead power lines on a flat and level surface. We stake down all of our inflatables. Our stakes our anchored in the ground anywhere from 12” to 24” depending on the inflatable and the size stake required. If there is any underground obstructions 36” or less please inform us in advance as we will make arrangements to provide water bags as tie downs. We are not responsible for any damage to underground lines, cables, low voltage, phone, etc. Electrical Requirements Power is required for most of our products. When power is needed we must be within 100’ of a designated 20amp circuit. We use 12gauge extension cords and will not exceed 100’ in distance as it reduces current to the motors and can damage them. Please check to be sure that multiple outlets in an area are not on the same circuit. Electrical requirements for each of our products can be seen on our website. Any downtime due to inadequate or no power will not be refunded or added on to the end of the event. If you do not have power for your event you can make arrangements to rent one or more of our generators at a cost of $100.00 each. A reservation should be made in advance as we do not travel with them on the day of the event. Public Locations We provide our products at many local parks, community centers, recreation centers, fireman’s fields etc. Some parks, towns or organizations require you to have a permit to have an inflatable or other ride or artist on their property. We would be happy to assist you with providing information or insurance coverage’s at your request. The total fee is due if there is any downtime or denial to set up due to lack of permit or permission to be on premises.
